Negative Automatic Thoughts are something we all experience. A key element of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is working ways to deal with those thoughts. I love this technique from TodayFM presenter, Dermot Whelan - which he calls 'Mindswipe'. I regularly recommend clients to watch this video and it's amazing how many people connect with it.
