Meet Our Team

Our workshops are developed by qualified, experienced counsellors.  Our philosophy of Wellbeing is based on our combined years of experience, treating clients for stress, anxiety, depression, anger management, addictions and relationship issues.  

Angelica Grant

Tony O'Reilly Gambling Talk Workshop
BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy
M.A. in CBT, B.Soc.Sci (Hons) Psychology, 
Angelica is a fully qualified and accredited Counsellor (MAPCP), who specialises in behavioural change - and works with many presenting issues, such as:
  • anxiety
  • panic attacks
  • trauma
  • stress management
  • anger management
  • relationship issues
  • depression
Angelica is an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and has a wealth of experience in the provision of online counselling.  There is a strong evidence base to support the effectiveness of online CBT therapy.  She is also a qualified EMDR practitioner.  ​

Barry Grant

Barry is a fully qualified and accredited Counsellor (MAPCP), who specialises in addictions and behavioural change - and also works with other presenting issues, such as anxiety, stress management, anger management and depression.  He is an experienced tutor, with the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS), and a group facilitator.  Barry is the founder of the nonprofit organisation, Problem Gambling Ireland - and can regularly be heard on national and local radio, giving his views on mental health, wellbeing and problem gambling. 
He is an award winning Social Entrepreneur (Social Entrepreneurs Ireland, 2016), for his work with PGI.
