3 Steps to a Healthier Relationship with Social MediaThe Smartphone has changed the way most of us live. It has been described by one behavioural researcher as 'the cigarette of the 21st century'. We have never had as much contact with others - and, yet - there have never been higher levels of isolation, loneliness, anxiety and 'FOMO'. Social Media platforms have been designed to be as addictive as possible, in order to keep us coming back and clicking on ads (or, at least, seeing them).
