We have never had as much contact with others - and, yet - there have never been higher levels of isolation, loneliness, anxiety and 'FOMO'. Social Media platforms have been designed to be as addictive as possible, in order to keep us coming back and clicking on ads (or, at least, seeing them).

Gambling Harm Prevention Talk with Tony O'ReillyDelivered by the co-author of the best-selling book, 'Tony10' -Tony O'Reilly - this workshop looks at Tony's personal story of severe gambling addiction and recovery. The workshop has also been developed to provide evidence-informed psychoeducation on the potential harms associated with problem gambling, as well as giving an insight into one individual's struggle with gambling addiction. The workshop includes a Q&A session with Tony.
