At Wellbeing Workshops Ireland, our Therapist Facilitators have a simple philosophy on practical approaches to sustainable wellness, wellbeing and improved mental health. It has been developed over thousands of hours of clinical practice, training, reading, listening and learning (mostly from our amazing clients!).
We keep our workshops short, sharp, relatable and realistic. This means that we focus on 3 'takeaways' per session. We firmly believe that, when it comes to wellbeing workshops, 'less is more'. We want you to leave our workshops with something that you can integrate into your every day life, which will have a meaningful and therapeutic impact. By forming healthier habits, we take all of the 'work' out of wellbeing. It starts to happen on 'autopilot' (just like all of our unhealthy habits).
Our Team of Therapist Facilitators have years of experience of working with some of the largest Employee Assistance Programs in Ireland. We have seen the recurring issues that arise time and time again, for employees, trainees and students, and have developed our suite of wellbeing workshops to meet those needs.
