Delighted to see Minister for Health, Simon Harriss, launch a new programme promoting positive sleep habits for young people. Of course, these habits should be applied to the adult population as well. Good quality sleep is fundamental to our physical and mental wellbeing. There are some great tips in here. We all need to take a leaf from this book.
