3 Steps to Stress Management

Stress Management, is not Rocket Surgery.  Unfortunately, many of us don't take the time to form healthy habits around stressful situations, thoughts and feelings.  As a result, we end up fearing the Fear and a Vicious Cycle can ensue.  The good news, is that successful Stress Management can be as easy as:
  • Regularly checking your stress levels (on your built-in 'Stress-o-Meter')
  • Breathing into your 'belly'
  • Confronting stressful situations with a relaxed body
Obviously, there's a bit of psychoeducation around how this works and how to easily integrate it into your daily routine (otherwise there'd be no workshop!).  The one hour session can be delivered as a lunchtime talk, or at a time that suits you.  Currently, all workshops are delivered by Zoom webinar.

3 Steps to a Resilient Mind

Mental toughness, or 'Resilience' is a skill that we all have the capacity to develop.  Making ourselves as 'bulletproof' as possible to both internal and external stressors goes a long way towards living happier, healthier lives.  The workshop pulls together 3 of the most effective techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Resilience Coaching, to help empower attendees to think more rationally and compassionately about themselves and others.  They are:
  • Constructive Catastrophizing
  • The 30 Second Challenge
  • Rational Reframing
The one hour session can be delivered as a lunchtime talk, or at a time that suits you.  Currently, all workshops are delivered by Zoom webinar.

The 'Tony10' Workshop

Delivered by the co-author of the best-selling book, 'Tony10' -Tony O'Reilly - this workshop looks at Tony's personal story of severe gambling addiction and recovery.  The workshop is of particular interest to people working in the financial services sector.  Tony was a Post Office Manager, who stole €1.75 million to fund his addiction - making it through three audits in the process.  Tony's story is both a cautionary tale for employers and an inspiring tale of resilience.  The workshop includes a Q&A session with Tony.
The one hour session can be delivered as a lunchtime talk, or at a time that suits you.  Currently, all workshops are delivered by Zoom webinar.
